Privacy policy

What we collect

When you fill out the application on this site we collect what you type: your name, business name, town, cell number, email address and your answers to the application questions. If you book a call, Google Calendar collects the details you enter there under Google's own privacy policy.

How we use it

To review your application, contact you about it by text message, phone call or email, and hold the call you booked. That's it. We don't send marketing drips or newsletters.

Text messages

By submitting the application you agree to receive text messages from Farola about your application and your call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Your mobile information and consent to receive text messages will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this site and our scheduling — Netlify (form hosting), Google (calendar) and Meta (if you arrived from an ad, Meta's pixel may record that a qualified application was submitted; it never receives your answers). Each of those operates under its own privacy policy.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep applications as long as we need them to follow up. Email closeflowscales@gmail.com with "delete" in the subject and we'll remove your application.
